Saturday, August 7th celebrated the wedding day of Molly and Evan on Peaks Island. Planning a wedding is no small task in and of itself; but, factor in relocating, grad school, exams and planning an island wedding long-distance... to many, it would seem impossible!! Somehow, despite it all, Molly and Evan managed to pull together a truly spectacular celebration! Molly wore her grandmother's veil which was absolutely stunning on her and she altered her mother's wedding gown to wear as her departure dress. It was so wonderful to see how she incorporated so many special touches into the day. From chartering a trolley to come over on the ferry to accomodate their guests, to the magical sparkler send-off at the end of the evening... it was a fantastic event from start to finish. Oh, and let's not forget the amazing sunset from Jones Landing!! Congratulations to you both... only 1,300 more Tuesdays to your 25th anniversary! :)
