As we headed to Kennebunkport for Cassandra & Nick's wedding, we remarked on how dark the skies were and the soft rainfall seemed unrelenting. They had a very intimate celebration planned at Pier 77 with the ceremony to take place outside. It was easy to see, however, there would be no outdoor event on this day. Despite the gloomy skies and last minute change of plans to their ceremony - Cassandra couldn't have been happier that she was getting married. Truly, she just beamed and it was so wonderful to see two people so in love and so excited to share their day with close family and friends no matter what the weather did outside.
So, on Saturday, October 3rd, Cassandra and Nick tied the knot in the very cozy and romantic setting of Pier 77. We felt so fortunate to be there and grateful for a small break in the weather to steal a few moments on the beach with the two of them before the dancing was underway! Here's a small glimpse of their day...
